Organized by Millington City Beautiful Commission, Kidds on Parade will begin promptly at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 11th.

Staging will begin at 12:30 p.m. in the Kidd Zone. Awards will be given to the Best Dressed Goat, Best Goat Look-A-Like, and the Funniest Goat.
