| Registration for all events except Goat Barbecue, Cabrito Challenge, and Dutch Oven will be on-site and will close 5 minutes before each event. All judges' decisions are FINAL. All contests with 1st, 2nd and 3rd places must have at least four contestants. Contests with 3 or fewer entries will award 1st place only. Two or more contestants are necessary to constitute a contest. All prizes will be awarded at the close of each contest. | ||
